Motivation for your Monday

Today, I want you to think about this:

This thought came to me late one night last week and it really hit me.  It really is the cumulative effort of each day that gets you to where you want to go.  Likewise, it's the cumulative lack of effort that keeps you stagnant.  There are definitely "off" days, but the days that you take a much needed break will just provide the fuel for you to kill it when you get back to work.  Those days are necessary, but you still have to get back to work at some point.

Whether today is a break day or a "hit it hard" day, your efforts today make a difference in the long run.  Make decisions that will ultimately serve your bigger goals and desires.  Don't be discouraged, each day is like a step at a time.  Do what you can do today and tomorrow you'll have something else or something more to accomplish.
